Ingredients:
15 medium sized shrimp 2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
1 cup of flour
Frying oil
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
•Wash shrimp with cold water
Coat the shrimp with flour by rolling the shrimp in the flour or by
throwing in a plastic bag
Beat eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl
Dip shrimp in the egg mixture and then roll in the breadcrumbs and
drop into hot oil
•Only cook for two minutes
• Drain shrimp on a paper towel, eat, and enjoy!
