Ingredients:
12 oz Penne pasta/fettuccine noodle 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped Parsley
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion diced
2 cloved garlic minced
1 bell pepper diced
1 pound shrimp peeled
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
Add pasta and cook 8-10 minutes until al dente, drain.
Melt butter with olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat
Stir in onion, and cook until softened and translucent (2 minutes)
Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink. Pour in Alfredo sauce, Romano cheese, and
cream
Bring to a simmer stirring constantly until thick, about 5 minutes
Stir drained pasta into the sauce and sprinkle with parsley
