Discovery Tours

If you are interested in learning about shrimp farming and have thought of owning your own farm, we offer what we call a "Discovery Tour."  The Discovery Tour will take about 3-4 hours of your time.  We show you what we do here, our facility, our system, and answer all your questions. After the tour of the facility we sit down with you/your group one-on-one to answer your specific questions that you may have for us.  We also send home with you an over view of what we went over, (dont expect you to remember everything we discuss). along with pricing on what can offer you and what you will need to supply.  These tours give you the good, the bad and the ugly of shrimp farming.  

These must be scheduled in advance. They take at least 3 to 4 hours we have to schedule our chores around the tours.    

     $200 for you or your group,  1-6 people maximum.  We ask that there be no more than 6 people in your group.  

     The Discovery Tours available:

Monday through Friday available times are 10:00 AM or 1PM (Eastern Time) 

Group Tours

If you are a church, school, or tour group and looking for something different to explore, we offer our Group Tours.  We provide a power point presentation about shrimp farming, a tour of the facility, and a sampling of the shrimp.  These tours  last an hour and sometimes go over the one hour time limit because everyone is having a great time learning about an indoor shrimp farm.

Quick Tour

The quick tour is for an individual who would like to see where their shrimp are coming from here in the Midwest! (approximately 20 minute tour)

   $5.00 per person and $3.00 for children under 12.  

These tours do not need to be scheduled just come in and ask for the tour.  We will take you back to see that we are actually raising salt water shrimp here in Indiana.
